To be fair to the Panafrika hotel, it was under complete renovation when I was there, but I didnt get value for my money. The AC wasnt functioning and the restaurant wasnt operating. The room decor were fallling apart as was the toilet. Yet I paid the equivalent of $100. Not nearly good.

Rooms, facilities and the room service all made up a nice overall experience. My daughter joined us a day later on the tour and plan was to accommodate her in the same room. But in the end our room seemed smaller and we asked for a room booking that was done immediately. The service was as good as we could... More

LIke everything in this country, you get less than what you pay for. At 46,000 CFA, you will not get anywhere near the value one expects at that price in US or Europe. The rooms are a good size and decently furnished and have beautiful views over the paseo and ocean, overlooking a charming garden with empty swimming pool and... More
