We spent the most dangerous night of our lives in this decrepit, prostitute & drug-ring motel. In the room just beside ours, were sex workers/drugs dealers and many, many, many clients. Their activities, fighting and hours of vomiting kept us up throughout the entire night till the next morning, as we listened to person after person drive up, slam their...

I was looking for a cheap place to crash for the night and chose this place cause it was the cheapest motel I could book on line. Check in went amazingly smoothly. the clerk was decorated with an amazing array of piercings, tattoos, ear lobe thingies, etc but was quite polite, friendly and efficient. The room was huge, the bed...

There is an adage that has segued over the years into an aphorism for profligates that need to legitimize their excesses: "You get what you pay for." Of course, since they spend a lot, they tend to get a lot. On the flip side, when it comes to cheap hotel-motels like the Rodeway Inn of Kingston, "You only get what...

The room really smelled bad. The carpet had a spot on it between the double beds with what looks like vomit. One larger pillow smelled so bad of mold that I left it on the table for the maid to replace. We have stayed here several times before and did not have this unpleasant experience. New Management?

I am so not picky, I look for a deal, don't expect much except something clean. So with saying that, this was the filthiest motel I have ever stayed in. Like someone else said after I read the reviews post booking a non-refundable room, there were too many horrible things to take pictures of. We did complain and switched rooms...

The inside of the room was clean, but out of date. The comforter had several holes in it, one very large. The exterior, esp. just outside out room in the back, was junky looking. The shutter had a hole in it. There were numerous squirrels running around just outside the room. The staff was very nice, although rather difficult to...

The only reason I gave it a one is because you have to give it something. This was the grossest place I ever attempted to stay. Checked in and got our room and was just gross. Too much to get into. Asked for another room and this was just as bad. Asked for refund and left. Front desk person was...

Booked this hotel last minute . Arrived to the most hideous room in my life. Disgusting striped dark carpet which likely hid horrors deep within. The room smelled just awful. In the early hours I needed water so took a drink from the faucet and had to spit it out. It tasted like it was contaminated The bath was updated...

As so many other reviews mentioned, the room smelled musty and was not clean. There are many other lodging options in the area that may cost a little bit more, but worth it in my opinion. We will never stay at this motel again.

Clearly a property that has seen better days, but it is remarkably affordable, and the front desk person was very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately the wifi was intermittent at best, and I was counting on it for work purposes, which was vexing. Reminds me that when I'm considering renting a room from a more worn, affordable property I need to...
