We stayed there as a group. Rooms are fine for a modestly priced hotel. Mosquito nets provided. Hot showers were not a problem, but our room did not have a shower head. Staff could not get one, so one of our team leads gave up the one in his room. Air conditioning worked satisfactorily but was either on or off,...

Recommend for low-cost accommodation in Ndola - US$35/night with breakfast and wifi. Wifi was largely perfect during my four-night stay - inverter worked regularly except patchy for one evening. Compound is run-down but large staff is friendly, well-trained and accommodating. Good Zambian cuisine in well-managed restaurant. Lovely, mature garden and neighborhood is well-situated, quiet, and secure. Recommend over nearby Katuba...

Our Habitat for Humanity Global Village team stayed here for a week while building homes in Chipulukusu. All meals were provided and food was good. Bar supplies are a little light but as soon as the Mosi was gone the manager got some more! It is in a nice area of town and many of us took walks early in...

Came back to Ndola again this week and was very much looking forward to stay once again at Kaps Villa. It is such a charming, pleasant place and the owner Mutale is such a great host. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Breakfast is decent and the guards do an excellent job on your car :-) Will definitely come back...

We stayed here as group while visiting Ndola. The accommodations were great. Some rooms were being remodeled while I was there. Anyway, the rooms had air conditioning, they were clean and it was great to have a small breakfast/dinner area. The hotel staff was great. I had a small issue with my water supply which did get fixed. You will...

Rooms are very pleasant and all have private facilities, some of the rooms even have a kitchenette. Bathrooms are clean and...

We stayed at Kaps while building houses with Habitat for Humanity. Since I was expecting budget accommodations, I was wonderfully surprised by Kaps. The place is charming and we felt right at home. The rooms were clean, functional and comfortable. Every night after dinner, they provided our group with a fire pit so that we could relax outside. My only...
