Location, location, location! Rooms need renovation and they could perhaps charge more. The campus could use a nice hotel nearby. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was fine. Good for an overnight.
The Inn's location is convenient, and its staff seem friendly and obliging. However, I was placed in a room that had black mark all over the bed clothes, which I'm now fairly sure were fecal stains from bed bugs.More

All hotels get bed bugs, since visitors bring them. This is the same for the most expensive new and plush establishments and the more run-down seedy ones. We are at neither end of that spectrum, we are a popular older establishment that is well kept...More
Everything is old in this inn. The room that I was in had small beds, small shower, bad smell, no refrigerator. There were no free power plugs. They say that they have free breakfast, but it is just orange juice and hot water.More

True, old established and very popular Inn, closest hotel to Cornell and in fact on the edge of campus, no need for transport.
Small refrigerators are available for a room on request, and there is a general kitchenette area with large fridge, microwave and sink....More
The room is a bit small and old, but the price is low compared to others nearby. It would be a good option for visit to Cornell University. It is walk-able both to downtown and Cornell University. Free parking.
