We came to Hudson for a relaxing getaway and were wonderfully welcomed by Carolyn and her beautiful B&B. The room was great (loved having a bathroom en-suite!), the location was awesome and the breakfasts were delicious! Carolyn is incredibly welcoming and had great recommendations on things to do in town. Feeling very grateful for our time here and would love to come back.

Coming up to 136 Union and parking, we had high hopes for our stay. It is a stately building in immaculate condition. We entered and were welcomed by Carolyn who was both gracious and cheerful. As she took us on a tour of the building every room exuded the elegance and refinement of her taste. We stayed in the larger of the three rooms which was an immense two room suite each with it's own sofa and filled with fine and interesting furnishings. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we'd ever slept on. Breakfast was home cooked and delicious, served beautifuly on an ecletic presentation of fine china and linens, showcasing, once again, her love of design. Needless to say, we were immensly happy, and comfortable in our stay. Thank you Carolyn for being such a wonderful host.

Fabulous B & B located block off of Warren St. Great location to shops and restaurants and the Hudson River. Park your car and walk everywhere. Remember night parking is odd/even sides! Carolyn is a great hostess. Breakfast is fabulous. The rooms are cozy and wonderful. This is a GREAT place to stay.

My husband and I just rertuned from Hudson New York and we stayed at the Hudson B & B. I have only wonderful things to say about our stay here. To start off Carolyn (The Inn Keeper) was fabulous. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. And the breakfast was superb. I cannot have gluten and she was very careful to ensure that I had a delicious gluten free breakfast. And then there is Fred and Ethel. Fred is a very well behaved and extremely sweet schnauzer and Ethel a very sweet cat which is very laid back. The rooms were extremely clean and with fabulous linens. The inn is also located right in the heart of town. If you plan on going to Hudson NY this is the place to stay!

Our family stayed at The Huson B&B over Memorial weekend; we were there for a wedding and occupied all three rooms. This is a lovely B&B, which is owned by a gracious and caring lady, Carolyn Lawrence who also lives in the premises. This is her home and she treats everyone like her personal guests and even cooks a special breakfast of your choice, and she makes a terrific French omelet, French toast and pancakes!!! Carolyn is well traveled and is a great conversationalist. The place is charming with its eclectic designer touch of antiques and comfortable shabby chic decor, and it's very clean. It's set in an older home, one block from the main street of galleries, restaurants and unique gift and clothing stores, and it's two short blocks from the Hudson river. To add to the charm is Fred her adorable doggie and Ethel the cat. Fred is keeper and Master of the house!! See Fred's picture.
