Given its reputation, we were expecting so much more from this hotel than it delivered. Our "standard room" was dark and gloomy, with no natural light unless you opened the door. So the choice was between either light or privacy. The room was also very cold, with no heating provi

Stayed at Casa del Atrio for 3 nights with some friends in November. The hotel is in a restored building in the old town with rooms around multiple central courtyards. All the sites were easily within walking distance and there were lots of great dining options close by. The r

Antonio has converted three Colonial homes into one hotel. Each room is individually decorated, in a combination of funk, Mexican, antique, and modern (we're talking bathroom and TV set up with this last one). Three patios grace the place - breakfast is served in them. Location i

Are taxis available in the town for an early morning ride to the airport. Our flight leaves at 6am, how far is the hotel to the airport?
Hello: La Casa del Atrio is located in downtown Querétaro, 30-40 min away from the airport. The best way to go from the hotel to the airport is to book a taxi. Most people ask to be picked up at 4:30 am to take the 6am flight. We could gladly make these arrangements if you let us know in advance. Have a great day La Casa del Atrio

There are 3 parking lots that are around the hotel, all of them half a block away. The cost is 8 pesos per hour. (Approx 15.00 USD for 24 hours)

We will be driving, is there on site or nearby parking?
Hello There's a parking lot half a block from the hotel. You can momentarily park in front of the hotel, we have a reserved space, to unload luggage and we can send a person to park your car.

Do the rooms at La Casa Del Atrio have windows that open ? Do the rooms have air conditioners ?
All rooms have air conditioning and heating. Rooms 7, 8 & 9 have windows that open to a courtyard. Master Suite 10 has a balcony. Room 12 has a small window that opens to the street. Rooms 1 through 6 have skylights that were raised so fresh air could flow continuously.
