My husband and I just returned from a lovely weekend at MP. This was our first time to a bed and breakfast and it did not disappoint! Ted and Terri were friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts that Ted cooked and served were delicious! We visited during the "off season" so there was only one other couple staying at MP with...

If you're looking for a place to stay near Watkin's Glen or on the eastern side of Seneca Lake, I'd highly recommend Magnolia Place B&B. The rooms are very comfortable; some have en suite bathrooms and access to a really pleasant shared balcony. The breakfasts are excellent, with juices, coffee, some form of eggs, a meat (sausage one morning, a...

My wife and I stayed at Magnolia Place on a recent trip. It's very conveniently located to Watkins Glen--we were in town for the Grand Prix Festival--as well as the many wineries in the finger lakes. The hosts were very helpful I recommending wineries and restaurants--although after the huge and delicious breakfast they served food wasn't a concern! The B&B...

We just returned from our second, 3-night stay at Magnolia Place. Ted and Terri welcomed us back like long lost friends and were just as charming and hospitable as before. Ted's breakfasts are delicious, and he even made my favorite birds nests that we had on our 1st visit. We stayed in the Seneca Room on the 2nd floor this...

What a great place. Beautiful view from our room. Breakfast was delicious and different every day. We felt very much at home all week.Very well kept. The owners are very gracious and welcoming. The house itself is an old farm house but it's age does not show. Our stay surely exceeded our expectations. Wonderful place to go to treat yourself.

Visiting the Finger Lakes area we had not made reservations because we like to see with our own eyes the B&B we select. Area hotels were sold out because of the NASCAR race in Watkins Glen. So, the Magnolia Place was a true jewel to be found. Ted welcomed us into their home like we were long lost friends and...

A friend and I stayed at MP for a week-long girls getaway. We both are in our late 20's and don't have a lot of disposable income yet, but we decided it would be worth it to spend a little more than we normally would for the experience of a B&B. We were not disappointed. Ted and Terri are excellent,...

Had a few days to enjoy the finger lakes while in transit from a wedding in Buffalo to another in Queens. While making a diagonal trek across NY we found new energy in a well appointed room at Magnolia Place B&B. We enjoyed amazing breakfasts, hiked in the state park at Watkins Glen, and enjoyed some tasty local cuisine/wine. Ted...

We stay here for 4 days while we toured the finger lakes. Ted and Teri were just outstanding host! Their Bed & Breakfast was a little slice of heaven for us! What a great atmosphere to relax and unwind at. Ted's culinary breakfasts were just amazing! We stayed in the Vintner's room and it was just beautiful and comfortable! We...
