This is a lovely B & B that we stayed at for 1 night. It is clean & comfortable & Sandy is delightful. The food was excellent & the small touches of fresh cookies & cool drinks were much appreciated. I would be happy to stay here again.

The Amity Rose is a charming B&B located on the south end of Keuka Lake, just an easy 15 minute walk (.5 miles) from Hammondsport's town center. Proprietor, Sandy, is welcoming and adept. Her B&B is clean, comfortable and provides a homely environment with a rose theme. Breakfast was enjoyable. Plenty of off street parking. The location is very good.

We were able to book this, along with another couple, at the last minute during a weekday spur of the moment stopover in Hammondsport. Our rooms could have not been cleaner and more charming and the breakfasts more delicious! Sandy was a terrific help in suggesting restaurants and local attractions. Very close to town, too. We will definitely stay here...

Sandy has a beautiful B&B, well kept, clean, tidy. We had the Barbara Jean Room and it was very nice with a separate entrance and it's own bathroom. Very nice. Her breakfasts are great, everything was just as expected. I would recommend anyone going to Hammondsport to stay here.

Sandie is a fabulous hostess. She makes you feel welcome, comfortable, and at home! Her breakfast is very satisfying. It's a very remote location to everything. Want to just relax in a home away from home setting, this place is perfect. She is very accommodating to your needs, just let her know, and she comes though. Very, very friendly atmosphere....

We had a wonderful 2 night stay for my Birthday weekend at Amity Rose B&B. This charming home is located very near the center of the town of Hammondsport, NY. Just a short 5 minute walk and you will be in the town square where there are numerous restaurants and shops. The home itself is very pretty and well kept....

My husband and I stayed here recently during an anniversary trip to the Finger Lakes region after our original reservations fell through. Sandy, the owner, could not have been more hospitable or accommodating. The breakfast she prepared was delicious and the rooms were clean and well maintained. If we go back to that area, I would certainly stay there again!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Amity Rose B & B. It was a beautiful room and Sandy is such a gracious hostess!! We enjoyed our stay so much, we were fortunate enough to be able to book an extra night. The food was delicious, and Sandy even prepared our breakfast earlier than the usual time because we...

We enjoyed a one night stay at the Amity Rose B&B. The house and grounds are charming and the house itself is deceptively roomy. We stayed in Dawn's Delight. The room was quaint, roomy with a large bathroom, area for sitting and TV watching (flat screen with cable) and a private balcony that overlooks the garden, on which we enjoyed...

“We stayed in Barbara Jean room which had a private entrance. The only downside is it is closer to the road so it is not as quiet.”
