This lovely old pub has been sympathetically refurbished and was a pleasure to stay in. Very helpful staff and good breakfast. Combine this with the great riverside situation and you have a winning formula.

I would recommend this hotel highly... a very enjoyable experience and I very much look forward to my next stay. Staff were very welcoming. The room was very comfortable and clean. The owners have done in my opinion a brilliant makeover.

Have been a local for over 20 years and over the past few years I have chosen not to go to the Swan... it has definitely improved and the roast lamb Sunday lunch I ordered was delicious and ample, I would recommend and order again. The staff were all friendly and service was prompt - the place seems brighter and...

OMG.......all mod cons...re decorated But no toilet paper in ladies toilet.. Mentioned it to a rather bored looking youth on the dining reception desk...I was met with a blank stare , no apology or interest on his part...clearly his phone was more important.. Shame they employ such morons..

The Manager and staff of this hotel are unfit to run such a beautiful pub. We used to regularly stay, drink and eat here and the staff were as poor as it gets. I did tell the Manager and he agreed said he had been ill and they had taken advantage. I then wrote a review on Trip Advisor and...

I was booked to stay here via booking.com I arrived after a very long drive. When I looked for it I walked past thinking it was closed premises. I rechecked by asking local shops and to my horror it was this place. I refused to go in even if I could (as the door was locked fast against the peeling...

Nice hotel in great location. Ideal for travelling to Twickenham - train station 15mins away. No free parking £3.00 per day. Staff lovely just such a shame breakfast took 35 mins to arrive after ordering - obviously unable to cope if a few people arrive at same time. Nice warm room with tea/coffee facilities, Bathroom freezing unable to put heating...

Thanks Claire for leaving us a review. We are having a 6 week refurbishment where everything is being spruced up whilst keeping the character of the building, and will be reopening on the 10th of April, so we hope to see you after then! Best wishes, Joe
