Stayed here for 2 nights at the self Catering apt known as Orchid Self catering. Just 5 min walk from the jetty. There is a hotel, restaurant as well as self catering accommodation available. Nice helpful staff and reception. A basic kitchen with nice crockery, fridge, utensils, gas stove etc was provided. Suitable for family with kids also.

If I could have given a lower rating I would have. No trace of the Seychellois hospitality that we saw in the rest of the country. But sitting here waiting for your food could seriously ruin the rest of the day for you so it's best to avoid. It's on the way from the ferry to the L'Union estate so...

The rooms are simple but have everything you need e.g. a kitchen room, a nice bath room and a well working air conditioning. The room was kept very clean. The service was very friendly. The...

Food was rather average nothing special although pizza was good. The worst that the Internet was 2 eur per quarter and it didn't work!...

The food we ordered was very average. We visited the restaurant as it's one of the few restaurants which is open for diner before 1830 hrs. The food is not very bad but also not very goidwe ordered pizza which was ok but expected much more for the amount it costs.

The Chez Marston and the Orchid on La Digue have the same owner. the first 2 nights we stay in the "Hotel" rooms. After this we asked for changing to the Orchid, thats the part with self catering appartments. The price, if you look on the website it is the same. And this is what we cant understand. The Hotel-rooms...

We decided to have a family vacation on La Digue and stayed at the Orchid Self-catering aka Chez Marston. The owner is extremely nice and they have very good customer service. The rooms are very neat and tidy, well decorated and quite spacious. The beds are very comfortable and each room can fit up to 3-4 persons. It is well...
