It is unfortunate that Quinn is still there and has not changed his demeanor. When I spoke with the General Manager she advised that she would be speaking with Quinn; however, it is apparent that he hasn't gotten any better. I feel sorry for the owners whom I have been told are wonderful and caring people.
To the owners and general manager: It's obvious you need help turning this around. If you need help in employee morale and engagement let me know. It is what I do! You have a spectacular place, but without by in from your employees your business will continue to suffer.
