We've been on the road for almost 6 months and traveled over 8,000 miles. This RV park is so over priced as to be laughable!! And the Good Sam rating was either a joke, done by a relative of the owners, or the reviewer didn't really stay here. Read the other reviews and you'll learn a lot. This was the...

It a little too costly for us, $360 for the first 2 weeks and 300/week after that and beginning of nov.2016 they will charged you $50/week on top of your weekly rental for electricity. They have 100 lbs. propane onsite that they will deliver right to your own site, there's no propane refilling at this campground . You have to...

Nice grounds but all the sites are crammed together. Lots of gravel everywhere. Expensive, but that is because it is near NYC. We were there in Oct so the pool and most activities were closed. Good Wi-Fi and hookups. Nice people in the office. Great location and beautiful scenery. Saw 4 deer right below our campground.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Our site 102 was pretty level for gravel. Sites are a bit close....no privacy. Good E/W/S/C. Laundry was clean and well lit. Did not use other amenities.! Staff was wonderful. NYC tour not what we expected, but a good overview.

Amenities are great. Facility is maintained and clean. Very close together, almost like being in an RV lot. The location is good for local attractions like the Renaissance Faire or the Woodbury Commons Outlets but is priced high - is the only park in the area though. Many seasonals mixed in with the traveling group and also several long stay...

We stayed here one night on our way home from a month long trip. We will often pay more for a campground with a good rating, decent amenities, and cleanliness. We stayed in several $60+ campgrounds on our trip, and were quite pleased; I can tell you this place is indeed overpriced. The playground has swings and a digger toy...

Saw that this campground received a 10 rating from Good Sam so we chose it for the night. Obviously ratings are subjective. We have been in a 10 rated park and this park doesn't even come close. We are NOT park snobs and choose only 10s, we've stayed in a variety of parks. My biggest beef is the 10 rating....

We stayed here while our husbands hiked the Appalachian Trail. The Campground was exceptionally clean and full of Amenities. The restrooms were modern and very clean. They provided separate showers from the restrooms which allowed for a dry bathroom. The campground provided a great playground and putt putt as well as a number of other activities for the kids. A...

We enjoyed our stay as we wanted to drive into NYC to see the One World Observatory and 9/11 memorial. Rates were a bit high for the location but nice trees. Phone staff was very helpful and accommodating. Very close to Sugar Loaf, a village full of artisans. Not easy for handicapped to maneuver the village.
