Nice hotel with good conditions and a good restaurant if you need a place to stay near Rochester this is probably one to consider.
The breakfast is also very good as well the bar with live music. Price is correct for the value.

There's really not much difference: bathrobes are provided in the executive rooms, some minor improvements to the bedding, a free breakfast, etc. If you're looking for a significant upgrade, you'd want to consider looking at the suites (which are pretty sweet :-), but that comes with a correspondingly significant upgrade in cost.
