Had an awesome time! Rick and Glenda were wonderful hosts! Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent! Kennedy cottage and hot tub were exactly what we needed and the 5 minute walk to Eville was perfect! We plan on coming back multiple times a year, this will be our new home away from home!

The innkeepers are very nice and friendly. I did find the inn to be in need of updating. The comforter on our bed had a stain which is a big turn off for me. There were what looked like coffee stains splashed on the stairs going upstairs. I think they need to do a look around to see where things...

Hi, so sorry about the bed spread...We wish you would have told us and it would have been changed immediately. I can assure you it was clean, must have slipped by on us. The coffee stain happened the weekend you were here and has since been cleaned up. It is difficult to keep up with the carpet on the stairs...

Just got back from a weekend getaway at the Ilex Inn. My wife and I were first timers at a bed and breakfast and this could not have been a better initial experience. The inn was so relaxing from the pool, morning coffee in the hot tub and reading the paper on the front porch. Rick and Glenda were superb...

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Ilex Inn Bed and Breakfast in early May and had a perfect get away! We stayed in the private Kennedy Cottage, located in the back of the main house, for two nights and could not have been more pleased with the cleanliness and attention to detail we found. We loved having the hot...

We spent two nights at the Ilex Inn in February, and were very pleased with the choice. Our room was warm and inviting, with a chair, and gas fireplace. The bathrooms were large by inn standards. Everything was clean and well maintained. The second floor sitting area was a pleasant surprise with coffee maker, and tiny fridge large enough to...

We enjoyed Ilex B&B immensely. It was our first visit and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it really was. Rick and Glenda make it all happen, with their friendliness and helpfulness. Breakfasts were the best. One day it was yogurt and fruit, choice of juice, excellent coffee, perfectly crafted thick French toast and tasty sausage patties. Nice people...

My wife and I spent a great weekend at the Ilex Inn. We have stayed at several other places in Ellicottville and none as nice as the Ilex. The hosts Rick and Glenda were great to us and helped in many ways. We enjoyed the breakfast which as made fresh - my wife who avoids certain foods was readily accommodated....

Last weekend was our third time at the Ilex and it was just as wonderful as the first. The inn is beautiful and very comfortable. You feel like family there. We have met others who stayed there and have become friends. Rick and Glenda are the warmest, most inviting people you could meet. We will definitely go back and we...

This was our first foray into the B&B world. We usually stay at hotels with pools and hot tubs. Well, this had both plus the intimate feel we were looking for in a small town. Rick and Glenda went out of their way to make us feel as if we were family. Their homemade breakfast, included, was scrumptious and well...
