Stayed in the pet friendly Dog House. LARGE suite with plenty of room for our bulldog and us. Owners couldn't be nicer and more than accomodating. Even offfered to take our dog out for a walk while we were attending our event. Less than 5 miles outside of Ellicottville, NY. Fresh baked comfort goods every day. Wish we could have...

This was our first visit to a bed and breakfast and it exceeded all of our expectations. Linda and Rick are warm and welcoming, and take much pride in their beautiful home. Everything is very clean with attention given to even the smallest details. Linda gave great recommendations on where to eat and activities to do while in Ellicottville, and...

Linda and Rick are very hospitable! You are not treated like guests, but more like family. The home is warm and inviting with attention to every detail. Breakfast was delicious and we especially enjoyed the conversation while it was being prepared. This was the best B&B experience!

My fiancée and I just spent the weekend here for the Ellicotville Fall Festival and had an absolutely fantastic experience. Beautiful room (The Scottish Room), beautiful lodge and great hosts. Rick and Linda treat you like family and leave you wanting for nothing. We're definitely planning on returning again sometime!

We spent a Saturday night here this July and it was absolutely fantastic. Cozy house, a little outside of town so it's nice and quiet. We were very comfortable, slept well with the windows wide open and loving the fresh air! Breakfast was fantastic and Linda and Rick made us feel like family. We're already planning to come back with...

Linda greeted us at the door on our arrival and took us to our room. Our room was very nice, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Linda shared some places to eat with us and we were off to explore. The next morning a family style breakfast was served where all the guest sat at a big dining room table...

“Be sure to mention if you're new to the B&B experience and want a more isolated room. The Scottish room is off the kitchen & dining room where guests congregate early in the a.m.”

“Rick and Linda are fantastic hosts, and will even come into town to pick you up after dinner if you've had a few drinks. Book a room here, you'll love it.”

“take a downstairs room. We stayed in the Scottish room. Great views. Right off the deck. Off the kitchen so can get a little noisy in the morning. Beauty's room is off the gathering room at the other end of the house and looked very nice and private. Or you can always spring for the Master suite! Upstairs rooms were right next to each other and looked a little smaller. We didn't see the Dog House.”
