clean, quiet, large facility. perfect for a large group. Has lots of room. 4 suites with a seperate livingroom space. Large kitchen with everything you need and a big dining area. Only disadvantage is you have to go outside to get to all the suites but one. It also has a seperate efficincy that can be used as well.

We just returned from the Sugar Pine Lodge in Ellicottville and could not have been happier! The owners were super responsive in the planning phase and helped answer all of my many questions (it was our first time to the area). The Sugar Pine Lodge was such a great fit for our group, the layout was wonderful and you can... More

We had a fairly restful stay. The place is small and old but quaint. The DVD collection was nice but batteries in remote were almost dead. Toaster oven, coffee maker, and washer/dryer worked great. On the negative side, there was a screw in the thermostat that prevented raising the heat above 70° which is quite cold in an old drafty... More

I have been to Ellicottville several times, I have always stayed at properties owned by EVL Vacations (D. Carley) and have always had really good experiences. However, my stay this past weekend at the Sugar Pine Lodge was OUTSTANDING! This is such a beautiful property. The amazing detail on the Victorian style lodging stays true throughout the entire suite of... More

Myself and my partner stayed here over the Christmas break and had the best time. The room was incredibly comfortable and had everything we wanted, the breakfasts were superb, an easy shuttle up to the slopes made it very convenient and in the evenings we easily walked into town for food and drinks at any of the fantastic restaurants. We... More

My husband and I love this bed and breakfast. First of all, the price is much better than the Inn at Holiday Valley. Second, Chef Scott's breakfasts are outstanding and include a wide variety of food. Third, the rooms are very comfortable, especially with the fireplace on in the evening after a cold day on the slopes. We have always... More

We visited in the winter. The room was nice and cozy with the fireplace and neatly made bed. The decor was old victorian style with a lot of wall art and the other knick-knacks. The room was very clean. The host Art and the chef Scott were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was the main highlight of the stay.... More

A truly relaxed atmosphere in a well equipped B & B . Wonderful host and breakfast was excellent. Next time we will book Chef Scott for dinner as well. Outside entrances to rooms is really convenient. Indeed a quiet cozy ....romantic retreat.

Beautiful rooms; cozy, inviting and well appointed. Gracious hosts, wonderful chef! Close to all Ellicottville has to offer! We stayed in the Bordello room and the pictures on the web site did not do it justice! Chef Scott's breakfasts are some of the best. We recommend dinner prepared by him right at the Lodge. You will not be disappointed with... More

We had a lovely two-night stay at the Sugar Pine Lodge. It was conveneintly located so we could walk to town or easily drive to the Alleghany State Park. The breakfast by Chef Steve was delicious and incredibly filling. Lots of delectable food options --- too many in fact. The pool was warm and lovely for a quick dip. We... More
