Used their online form to request availability and never heard from anyone. My husband sent a follow up email and also left a voicemail and STILL never heard from anyone. I called and they claim they never got any of those communications and they are booked anyway for the weekend we wanted. Poor communication on their end and now we...

Dear Elisa, We're sorry you experienced some frustration. The entire front desk staff at the inn is OVER THE TOP fastidious in regards to responding to any request that comes in via email or phone. All forms of communication with the inn are systematically logged and checked by management for response. During business hours all correspondence is typically responded to...

Quaint hotel that would be Our Our two nights would have been enhanced by heat in our room and a more extensive breakfast. Personnel friendly, but a little more effort in those areas. We would pay more.

Dear Burrvidal, Thanks for the compliments on our staff and hotel. It looks like you stayed with us during some of the very first chilly nights we've had so far this fall. We're so sorry to hear that your room did not warm up adequately. Our front desk staff person did bump up the heat at your request. We wish...

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent Ommegang Brewery weekend at the Cooperstown Inn. Friday night reception was a fun introduction to the other guests and their favorite beers. We spent Saturday at Howe Caverns and driving around the area. Dinner at the Ommegang Brewery was fabulous--great brews, delicious food, and fun company. Breakfast was a bit limited, but...

Our Luxury suite was large and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The enhanced continental breakfast was very good; being served warm muffins each morning was a treat. Wonderful location - close to Main Street restaurants, shops, bake shop and the Baseball Hall of Fame. Our only suggestion pertains to the parking lot. It is unpaved and a...

The best thing about the Inn is its location, but then Cooperstown is so small that any lodging in town is in a good location. The Inn is charming and the staff was cordial and helpful, but our room was lacking in basic amenities. Closet space (a wardrobe) in the room was inadequate for two people and there was no...

The Inn is very well cared for and ultra clean. The only reason I would not rate it as excellent is the poor internet service and TV station options. “If you have any trouble with stairs ask for a 2nd floor room. 3rd floor is very nice, but I think the lack of an elevator would be an issue for those with mobility problems. I visited in the off season during a weekday evening, so very quiet all around but very homey too.”
