Time to be honest. The place needs a cleaning. The bed canopy had not been washed in years, it was laden with dust. We were afraid to turn the ceiling fan on.p, fearing it would blow the thick dust from the canopy onto us. The window sill was filthy, there was trash and a layer of dust under the bed....

Excellent experience at the Cooperstown B & B! John was very gracious, room was comfy and breakfast was homemade. Great location to town and Brewery Ommegang. The trolley is very convenient. Cooperstown is lovely with great restaurants and bars. We will definitly be back.

Very clean quaint rooms. A short walk into town. The owner was lovely and very helpful. We like that we had an attached room for our son so together but separate The owner is also very knowledgable about the history of Cooperstown and obviously has a love of the area.

My husband and I stayed at the Cooperstown Bed And Breakfast two nights while exploring Cooperstown and the surrounding area. John was a wonderful host and we really loved our room. We were able to peek into some other rooms on out floor and they looked just as nice. In the morning breakfast was waiting for us at the breakfast...

Our Cooperstown family vacations has created more wonderful memories away from home than any other place we've been through the past 20 years. With the Baseball Hall of Fame, Doubleday Field, the Farmers' Museum, Fenimore Art Museum, beautiful Otsego Lake, ideal summer weather conditions, and a beautiful, old-fashioned turn of the century village, what's not to love? After discovering the...

We drove 5 hours and when we arrived at Cooperstown we had just finished driving in darkness and rain. Clearly we were happy to arrive at the Cooperstown B&B. We drove up to the back and it seemed a little messy where you parked. We were greeted at the door by John a nice older man and were escorted through...

My husband and I just spent a lovely three nights at this charming b & b. Linda, and her visiting sister, Dot, gave us such a warm and friendly welcome. The baked goods just overflow on the table, and are available all day. Every time we walked by we were tempted by delicious lemon bars, scones, cookies, brownies, and more....

Thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay here. Linda's cooking is off the charts good with a table full of pies, cookies and cakes laid out and available all day. Breakfast - buffet style - offers ample choice with multiple entrees to chose from. The rooms are what you would expect in a house of this age - adequate. Parking is...

Beautiful home with welcoming hosts who truly love what they do. John and Linda are friendly without being intrusive, and Linda was born to bake. The rooms are decorated perfectly and absolutely spotless. It is a former boarding house, so the rooms are standard bedroom size and close together - I was a bit concerned about hearing other guests and...

“Rooms seem to be of various sizes, so let John & Linda know what you're looking for. Our room was fairly dark with the lights out, so bringing a nightlight might be a good idea.”

“Any room to the back of the house should be quiet. It is a fairly busy street in front.”

“All the rooms are great. Kids loved the bunk bed room that has an adjoining room for parents”

“Room No. 4 on the second floor is really a suite with bunk beds in the front room and a big queen-sized four poster in the other.”
cliffc352, 14 Jul 2013 | Read review
“If they have empty rooms they will allow you to upgrade at no additional cost. The larger room on the second floor with the king size bed is much better than the queen size next door. It makes no difference if you are staying only a day or two but would be cramped if staying a week or more.”
