A lovely trip with someone special! Great experience in the zoo, dolphin show and great time on the floating island! Quite enjoyable and memorable. Our taxi driver was reliable and pleasant and willing to take us anywhere we requested
Do not book at this hotel. Upon check-in you will be surprised to know that there's no available room reserved. They said that they are fully booked for 2 years. How come there are reviews dated October 2017?
this is my first time in subic grand harbour hotel. the staff were accommodating, the room is ok but the food sucks, few choices during breakfast. the beachfront is ok, but you cannot swim. I don't know if I can recommend the hotel to others
Good front desk assistance - Commendably, the ladies in the front desk and their OIC, Joy, professionally addressed our queries and patiently attended to our concerns. If only they are supported by good and considerate management who values customer centricity, okay na sana.

Among all the pools I've visited in SBFZ, theirs is my favorite. Tried several dishes from the resto and they were all great (esp the Pancit)! The staff were very accommodating, too. Would recommend to friends and family.More
