Spacious room and quite clean with toiletries provided. We were able to sleep well. The only downside is the plated breakfast - it was too little. Staff was Ok except that they were too strict about their checkout time. We wanted to wait in our room for our 1 o'clock spa appointment but they would not accommodate our request even...

The room is quite big for 2 pax, with a king size bed that can sleep comfortable 3 pax. Staff were accommodating, always ready to serve. The serving of their free breakfast has not enough of viand. Elevator is good for 2-3 pax only. The location is near to party place, malls and others. Secure parking lots. Good hotel to...

Service was good and parking was not a problem. We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs and it was good as well. The only issue I had was...

The Grand Hoya is located in the Freeport Zone. My room was very spacious, super comfortable bed, good wifi, luxurious shower with rain/waterfall showerhead. All around casual, luxurious feel to the room. The staff was wonderful, very professional, excellent service. Had my laundry done and came back professionally folded for a very good price. The service was provided with a...

We usually stay in this hotel when we are in Subic when we feel like getting a bit fancy room while paying a few hundred pesos more (compared to our other favorite hotel just a few feet from Grand Hoyah). Our favorite thing about this hotel are the rooms - clean, spacious, artistic, and nice light fixtures. They also have...

We spend our weekend at this hotel last January 23-24, 2016. The family room that we booked are spacious, clean and pleasant ambiance. The food was also perfect. Of course, I wouldn't forget the friendly personnel they have especially the guard. It was a wonderful experience. =)

“You could ask for the balcony rooms at the back of the hotel. Choose a higher floor to block out noise from the KTV.”

“When you enter the lobby, you know your room will be small, but not as small as the elevator ( which are good for 6-8 only). As expected the room was small, the toilet and bath was small with minimal amenities. The corridors to the room are small and not sound proof. So even if i was in a corner room, i could hear the television shows from other rooms as well as the chatter of guests and staff in the corridors. The breakfast is not something that you look forward to. And the service is poor! Not really a place that i would recommend!”
