Booked two rooms by phone, and received a confirmation via email. Upon check-in however, we were given one different room than I had chosen. It wasn't a huge issue as the room we were given also had a king size bed. Our rooms were lovely, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only thing I thought could stand improvement was...

Couldn't have been nicer staff and service. It is older and amazing charm. Great location in the center of everything! Across from the lake and right along the 4th of July parade path. Great bands on the lawn and great food.

The hotel was so very beautiful. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our overnight stay. We were at a wedding there and the reception was phenomenal. The food was delicious and the drinks were great as well. I wodon't recommend this hotel especially if you are looking to get away from the ordinary. A wonderful Inn.

I was in the area for only a night and treated myself to the wonderful atmosphere of Brae Loch Inn. I am of Scottish descent and enjoyed everything from the dining room to my lovely and charming room upstairs. The happy hour on the front lawn was so much fun and being by myself didn't matter because all were so...

This is a tricky review to write, because we encountered both positive and negative elements during our two-night stay for graduation weekend. My spouse and I stayed in Room 15 ("Black Watch"). Overall, the room was comfortable, but significant water stains all over the ceiling cast an unfortunately shabby shadow over the atmosphere. Our daughter and son-in-law stayed in Room...

My wife and I were dropping off our son at Morrisville state college when we passed this quaint inn and restaurant. We stopped for dinner alfresco on the front lawn. Live music, great food and beer selection and a parade of locals out for a stroll with their dogs added to the charisma of this 1800's building. Fast forward 9...

Came to the area for a college reunion and family gathering. Very nice spacious room. Ours had a built in bench, of which we took full advantage. Love the antique furniture in the room and the bed was very comfortable, with memory foam topper. The whole facility really makes you feel like you are visiting the highlands of Scotland. Lots...

Excellent location within the Finger Lakes of NYS; extremely friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable staff; excellent food; and top notch ambiance - an excellent experience that I have had in the past and will repeat. Can not think of a better Inn I have stayed at or a better location.

Nice room, comfortable bed!! Lovely location near lake. The next morning I walked across the street to the park and enjoyed the lovely view of the lake. I had stayed at Brae Loch 25 years ago and enjoyed just as much back then. Both times the occasion was a conference at Colgate University - a 25 minute drive away.
