Hello! Slight hiccup with my room. Staff on both night shift and day shift did there best to make my stay pleasant. The following people gave great customer service Angel Rosado professional polite. Bianca Burney made sure I was comfortable and took detailed memo for manager. Winzell Vallejos gave me a wellness check.

Stayed here 2 nights for a wedding. This is not a brand new property, so it is showing a little wear, but being maintained. Had a couple issues with our room. Bianca and Krystal at the front desk worked diligently and professionally to remedy our situation. Thank you ladies. We would stay here again.

Stayed here on a Friday night for my significant others birthday. Liana R was AMAZING and such a great help. Made it a point to make him feel so special and helped me arrange balloons to be delivered and set up the room for me! Check in was a breeze and the option to have a Mobil key was so convenient! There is a full bar in the lobby which set the vibe! The suite was amazing so clean full sized fridge and a stovetop and stocked with cups and silverware,etc( even a bag of popcorn for us to make and snack on!) The bathroom was sparkling and spacious and both of us were able to get ready with ample room. Checkout was 12 which is so awesome to be able to relax and sleep in. Cannot say enough great things about this hotel and their staff! This is the ONLY place I’ll ever stay in the Bronx and tell all my friends and family as well!! Thank you again Liana for your amazing customer service and Bravo to Residence Inn by Marriott for setting the standards high!!

I was impressed with this Hotel. Accommodations are great- the room is the size of a small apartment. Great service, breakfast in the morning is really good and great variety. The housekeepers are all friendly and always willing to assist you (kudos to Caroline). Love the bar in the lobby- Mel is awesome, she’s friendly and such a a great conversationalist.

The staff at the RI BRONX is fantastic! Very engaging front desk staff and efficient too. There is always a manager close by to handle any issue that come up. Special shout out to Courtney who resolved my room issue quickly and efficiently. Room was great complete With a fully stocked kitchenette including a full size refrigerator, full size stove/ oven combination and microwave and all the cooking gear to prepare a dinner for 6 if needed. Kitchenette also came complete with plenty of glasses and plates. As a bonus I also found dishwashing and dish washer detergent. Living area was great. Plenty of space to unwind after a long day at the work. Slept well the entire week I was there. Had plenty of pillows and blankets if needed. Bathroom was the highlight of the room. Nice big vanity and large shower with hot water that NEVER ran out or LOST pressure! As an added bonus the bartender at the hotel bar is fantastic. Very people oriented and always had a good adult joke to tell. The breakfast staff busts their asses to keep the food area well stocked and tables clean. The hotel happy hours the first part of the week offer a great way to unwind and meet new people. There is also a Applebees in the hotel atrium that will deliver to your room if you don't want to cook and a Stop&Shop grocery store a short walk a way to purchase anything a guest may need. One question to hotel management: Why not put all of the guests with pets on one floor? The car service the hotel contracts with is very efficient to get around. The drivers are very engaging and professional . The car service only excepts cash unless your company has a corporate account. Job well done Marriot with this hotel.

I stayed for 4 days. Excellent service. Large Room. Excellent food at breakfast. Very clean due to covid protocol. I recommend this hotel. I am sure it is the best hotel in Bronx. The staff are very friendly. I arrived very early (maybe 9:00 AM) as I was coming from EWR Airport and they accepted my early check-in.

I had an absolutely gutwrenchingly bad stay here. When we arrived, they said our reservation was cancelled (even though I had the confirmation number). They rebooked us - unknown to me at a much higher rate. Then, an employee ran around a corner and nearly bumped into me, my toddler, and my 25-pound dog (which we paid $100 to have stay with us). The dog barked once and the employee (a large bearded man) yelled at me in front of dozens of people, saying I would need to put a muzzle on the dog if he barked again. I had to tell him to please calm down. (Maybe he had a fear of small dogs? It claims to be a dog-friendly hotel.) When I raised these concerns to both the hotel and corporate, they took forever to respond (several phone calls and emails). They barely apologized and refunded the difference of the increased cost - only after I provided screenshots proving my prior reservation. Corporate responded saying "As a one-time gesture of good will" they would give me 10,000 points in their loyalty program. The hotel costs $350/night - which is 39,000 points/night, so it's not usable. While not their fault, they gave us the handicapped room without asking. The room only had a roll-in shower, so I couldn't give my kid a bath. I tried giving a shower and the poor kid slipped on the wet floor and ended up with a nasty bruise. But, what is their fault is the pull-out bed. They make it seem like it's usable. It's NOT. My husband went to the counter and said "Hey, I checked out the pull-out bed..." and the guy interrupted him to say "You want a roll away bed?" If they know it's so bad, why bother advertising it? At least they didn't charge for the roll away - because online it says it's an additional charge. Lastly, if you're wondering about the location, it's in the parking lot of a mental health hospital. And the free breakfast is shelf-stable packaged food. The coffee was fine. Thanks for nothing - but the coffee.

Dear MaryGeralyn First off, thank you for choosing to stay with us here at the residence Inn in the Bronx located in the Metro Center. We are connected to a Dunkin Donuts, a Health Food store, LA Fitness gym and many offices (Law Firm, Insurance Company etc.) I thank you for your feedback regarding my engineer's behavior towards you and your dog. We are a pet friendly hotel and are typically happy to see anyone who brings along their "bestfriend" and for that I sincerely apologize. Though it wasn't my engineer's place to mention to you a muzzle being needed for your dog, we as management may recommend to a guest if and only if the dog is jumping and growling at fellow guests and employees. As you have described, I don't think this was the case with you. Just to give you an example, we have had a few guests stay here with their dogs and an employee along with a long-term guest of ours has gotten bitten on two separate occasions. Safety is our #1 concern and so because of this and any fears someone may have of dogs, we may recommend a muzzle. I have spoken to my engineer and informed him of our policy and if an issue arises in the future, to then come to management first. Again, I do apologize for the behavior but I am glad it did not put a damper on your entire stay. In regards to the extra charges on your card, I apologize it took quite a while for this to be resolved but I am glad it did. I lastly apologize for any further discomfort you received while staying with us regarding the shower but we weren't aware of your son falling. That is something we do not take lightly and if we had known, there would have been a proper accident report filled out and you would have been offered the proper care for the incident. With that being said, we do try to make sure our guests check in and leave happy. We would love to have you, your dog and your family stay with us again.

Have a great service today with Angel Rosado Engineer, exceeded with his the service, had an terrible issue with my refrigerator with a bad odor and we couldn't find the cause, and he came back with a new one !!! Not only that help me out, to empty the old one and to fill up the the new one. And the Staff is also very helpful and kind during my stay. My room is so spacious and so comfortable.

First of all, no hotel receives a high rating without having great management & staff. I cannot say enough about Clement & his wonderful staff. From the front desk to and including housekeeping. Everyone was helpful, friendly and welcoming. We were in town for a funeral and they were understanding & compassionate. The rooms were great and extremely clean. Every day that we returned to our room it was cleaned as if it was the first day of our stay! Location is great and close to airports. The free breakfast was amazing and the happy hour at the bar was a nice way to decompress. And no charge for parking. Without a doubt, the best Residence Inn we have ever stayed at!!!
