Still being renovated. Quite sketchy at the moment. But it's right downtown. Room was clean, though. Staff nice Can see it being great in the future but the construction is visible all around. Seems like the security card system is brand new

This “hotel” is not ready for business and I recommend not staying here. They are renovating but clearly didn’t even buy new mattresses, ours was sunken and terrible. There are no amenities. They should be charging $50 if they are open at all.

Redoing the old Binghamton municipal building into a hotel is a great way to recycle an older classic building. The location in downtown Binghamton can't be beat, and if you are looking for a boutique hotel thats different from the run of the mill chain places, I recommend this
