This was our first visit to &beyond phinda mountain lodge and won’t be our last ! Amazing staff, views, accommodation, food and animals! Our ranger Matt Yardley was fantastic, he ensured our experience was one to remember for ever.

Yes . They will have binoculars in the vehicle with the ranger

We visited the end of June and I could count on one hand the number of mosquitos we saw in four days there.

In January I think they wake you at 5am for a 5:30 drive. It's hot in Jan so down time is from about 10am to 3pm due to heat and humidity
