Have stayed there many times in the past and always loved it. When I first started staying there they were a Holiday Inn. Then they lost their flag but it was still "ok". This visit I read all the reviews and wasn't impressed. Asked the desk clerk if I could see a room first to help me decide if I...

This hotel is located along the main highway into Taos from Santa Fe. The location was good and it is set back from the highway far enough to provide a quiet sleep. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was minimal and not great.

After booking online with a service I use for all of my vacations, I read the reviews on this hotel and was worried. The place is nice! For the amount I paid, I really was happy we got a nice room. There were no critters. The room was huge. The view was nice. The hotel feels like a condo complex....

I stayed only for one night- Room no 110. The bed was infested with bed bugs. i realized in the morning that i got rashes from bed bug bites. Early morning, i went to the front desk for the complaint. I showed them pictures of rashes and bed bugs. Staff was irresponsible. they told me that manager is on leave...

We are traveling with pets so we try to get nice rooms with a vacationany feel for a good price. I checked out this hotel first and did not like the room. however after going through many other hotels nearby and finding pet fees way too high, I decided to go back and ask if I could see another room....

This place is gross!!! Don't let the pictures fool you. First I found a dirty sock in my bed. Second I had to kill a cock roach. Third the beds are old and sunken in, in the middle. Fourth the shower was old and dirty, I refused to even use it. Fifth, the tv was as old and big as...

We used to go here when I was a kid, and it was a great place to stay. That was over 20 years ago. We went recently for one night as a "nostalgic" trip and the stay was miserable. We tried 4 different rooms - each had it's own problem. Most smelled bad, had excessive wear (things like the TVs...

Booked what we thought was a budget hotel stay. This place was much better than expected for the price. For about $80 we had a massive room with sofa and table. The grounds were nice and the lobby was quite upmarket.

The checking process was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and orderly. The overall feel though was of a place that could use some TLC. There was a large purple stain in the bathtub and on the bathroom floor. The ceiling had water stain indicative of a active leak. All in all an acceptable place to stay for a night.

The location is great, the grounds and hotel are beautiful, however it urgently needs upkeep, attention to small details that a handy man could easily fix. We had a suite, very disappointing...the pillows not comfortable at all, on the contrary. The shower curtain was hooked in one area with a safety pin, the towel had a hole with black marked...
