Wow. That's all I can say. I work in the industry and THIS is how you run a hotel. Clean, beautiful rooms. Personality of the staff. And the heart they have for hospitality. I always say my job is easy because most people in today's work place don't care. But I found some superb competition with these folks. Thank goodness...

When people who were raised in Taos select the Guesthouse as the place to stay, you know you're at the right place. The décor, rooms with fireplaces, wonderful setting, great architecture, delicious breakfast - who could ask for more. Bob has worked hard to keep the adobe place maintained and improved, The shower was a bit difficult to get the...

Our room (#1) had a fireplace and lovely secluded view from the windows over the king sized bed. The room was cozy on a frigid night, and Bob helped us set up a fire in the fireplace (wood provided). Cady fixes a delicious breakfast. Bookshelves in our room and the lounge were filled with interesting books. If you don't like...

A friend made the booking and I eagerly anticipated her choice. This proved to be a wise selection, a lovely hospitable place to stay from the first moment. The owner was away, and had left the guesthouse in the capable hands of a charming and efficient lady who came by early at 3pm to check us in. The guesthouse is...

Search no further, reserve a room...if you seek and relish an authentic, old Taos ambiance. The tranquil setting, old preserved architecture, and complementary decor make every view point a pleasure. All the above, the quiet-serene setting is only surpassed by the extraordinary hospitality of Bob and his wife, Katie. Breakfast is a home run and three of their recommended restaurants...

You will feel so comfortable and blessed to rest here while you are visiting Taos. I sincerely hope I'll get to stay here again the next time I'm in Taos. The owners are...

We stayed in Taos for two nights and really enjoyed our time here. The Inn is not far from the square (walkable but the road is not conducive to that IMO), but the setting is very peaceful. We chose the Birdhouse Suite which is on the end of a row of rooms near the back parking. It is not really...

Great quiet location near Taos without being right in the traffic of town. The Innkeeper took great care of us without being too fussy, cooks a great breakfast. The vista from the property towards the Taos Gorge at sunset is spectacular. A charming, cozy spot to explore the area.

If I could give the Old Taos Guesthouse 10 stars I would. The rooms are rustic and beautiful allowing me to breathe the fresh air. It is close enough to the city center to visit shops and fantastic restaurants and far enough away to experience a quiet and beautiful scenery. The customer service was also spectacular and this weekend was...

In a town that can be overly touristy, Old Taos Guesthouse exceeded our expectations, allowing us to enjoy the gorgeous setting and historic Spanish architecture. The inn is located a little off the beaten path, but no more than a 10-minute drive to the main drag, where there are restaurants and shops. The hosts were kind and served a delicious...
