We had two rooms, both almost identical. The rooms are clean and cute, with Southwestern themes. The bathrooms are ok, I'm adding pictures so you can see. Nothing fancy, just basic rooms. There are challenges: one building is empty due to plumbing issues, the hot tub wasn't working, and the ice machine was not working (but they had ice in...

Don't be put off by the outside appearance. The rooms are comfortable, clean and value for your money. We had upstairs rooms at the rear of the complex and it was away from the road noise. The checkin was efficient and friendly. It is handy to Taos Pueblo which is well worth a visit.

Old but charming and attractive. We stayed in the back building, the front building provides a nice buffer from road noise and it was quiet and peaceful. The room had been recently renovated - new paint, new tile, everything was fresh and clean. This is not a fancy place - no microwave or fridge, perhaps not all the amenities of...

Cutting costs on hotel rooms is sometimes a good idea. Not in this case! Descent location, park like courtyard. That's it. What room has, no refrigerator, coffee machine...that works, no hairdryer and worst of all the shower barely dribbled out enough water to shower in. Plus water backed up to my ankles..yuk. The bed was very old and woke up...

Think I was in one of the more expensive renovated rooms out back of motel. The room was generally ok, but the bath and sink really needed some limescale remover. No breakfast provided even though room rate similar to other hotels nearby. No microwave available in room, again had this in all other motels visited on my trip and same...

Checked in and we were not there 30 min and our toilet didn't work, moved to a room that had a mattress that had to have been 20yrs old and very uncomfortable. The hot water didn't last for a complete shower!!! Towels were thread bare. The whole complex is run down as you will see in the photos. When we...

Tired place. Not sure why it had 3.5 rating. Half the things are not quite working. Would not visit again. Front desk worker was pleasant. Beds seem comfortable enough. TV has to be reprogrammed every time you turn it on.

We spent 2 nights here. It had good reviews and fit what we needed for a motorcycle trip. The hotel was in poor condition and many rooms looked to be under construction so perhaps they are making the much needed changes. The first day I went to the office around 5 in the afternoon to find a sign saying "we...

I have stayed here more than once and really have never been dissatisfied , good location , good coffee and coffee pot in room . Staff is friendly and helpful, not fancy but a comfy bed for an overnight stay, really what more do you need? Centrally located five or ten minute drive to the plaza.

I had a booking for 7/30/2016. I have a disability and a registered service animal. The hotel is pet friendly, but I called to inform them as a courtesy so they could put us in a pet room, since most hotels have designated pet rooms. According to the ADA a hotel is not allowed to charge extra for a service...
