We stayed here at the beginning of August this year with our two sons. We had been in the Kruger driving ourselves and self-catering so we were looking forward to being driven and having a bit of luxury. I am not sure we were ready for this though! We were met at the reception by the friendly reception lady and...

A group of 10 of us stayed at the Arathusa lodge in August 2014, and from the moment we were welcomed by Marilese( sorry about the spelling) we felt very much at home. I was given a great opportunity to have a stay at one of the rooms away from the others and WOW it was fantastic. Living room, bathroom,...

We stayed at Arathusa for 2 nights. We reserved a standard room facing the waterhole which was always filled with hippo's. The bank of the waterhole was also always occupied with animals. We saw elephants, zebra's, warthogs, hippo's, waterbuck, bushbuck and impalas coming for a drink as we were relaxing at the pool! We saw a family of 15 elephants...

Thank you to everyone at Arathusa Safari Lodge for the trip of a lifetime! From the time we made our booking to our departure at Hoedspruit Airport the staff went out of their way to make our visit one we would never forget. Our bungalow, Jackalberry, was the best! Right on the watering hole with our own private pool and...

We had Roy & Chris as our trackers & what a great team. We saw big 5 almost straight away. The food was exceptional & the chef was so passionate about his meals. Our room was incredible except we couldn't get spa to work. Incredible to look out window & see wildlife walking by

Brilliant! Simply brilliant. Our eighth stay at Arathusa and the service, the game viewing and the food was exactly what we expect. The game viewing was excellent, we stayed for 6 nights and saw so much! Sabi Sands always delivers when it comes to game viewing. The game drives at Arathusa are usually slightly under 3 hours long. One of...

We flew from Johannesburg to Arathusa to have more time at the reserve. We stayed 5 nights before flying back to Johannesburg. We weren't disappointed at out Game reserve choice, the abundance of wildlife and guest pampering. We have stayed in a few game reserves and this one is near if not the best value for money. 2 vehicle and...

You can't go wrong here...Arathusa has the safari experience down to a science. Great service, incredible lodging, amazing food, knowledgable and social rangers, and the #1 rated Sabi Sands reserve. Rien and Debeers were a winning combination for our drives, we saw the big five in one day. As a solo traveler I enjoyed the communal dining and high tea...
