This was a random find for me, looking to go somewhere for a spa get away birthday weekend. Facial and hot stone massage were absolutely fantastic! I'm not a B&B person; I like the anonymity of a hotel. But the layout is intentionally quite private and quiet, not like a house full of relatives during the holidays. I was enthusiastically...

Three of us went for a Girl's Weekend and had a fabulous time! The rooms, the food, and the spa were all fantastic! The setting by the river was very quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed a walk down to the river and along its banks.

We will definitely be back to the Canon del Rio! We had 2 amazing days there and enjoyed the amazingly beautiful setting and place. The breakfasts were a joyful surprise and delicious. We had a wonderful couples massage. I can't say enough about this place!

We stayed at Canon del Rio this fall for 3 nights and would have been happy to stay longer. Lovely facility, comfortable rooms, gourmet breakfasts, good conversation, pool, hot tub, massage, on the river in the colorful valley with the mesa above. What is not to love? Stay here!

I cannot rate this place highly enough! We had such a relaxing stay that included a dip in the hot tub (under a gorgeous NM sky), a couple's massage (amazing), and probably the best breakfast I've ever had. The inn is nestled in the Jemez mountains, right next to the river. The rooms, which are very comfortable and nicely appointed,...

This B & B adds to the magic of the Jemez Mountains. The walk around the river soothes the soul and senses. Our hosts were so friendly and warm that we immediately felt right at home. The breakfast was healthy and really yummy! They offer wine (for a fee) to accompany the beautiful sunsets over the mountains. This property is...

I was alone mid week for my two nights there - very peaceful and a gorgeous location. I had a guided hike with Danielle and a wonderful spa treatment with Janika. The breakfast was yummy! I also loved the hot tub and sauna.

We have always loved Jemez Springs and the surrounding area, but our stay at the Canon del Rio made our visit a special treat. The property is beautiful and peaceful, and the staff is so welcoming, it feels like visiting family. (The nice side of the family, that is!)

Beautiful setting with the backdrop of Virgin Mesa, paths among the cottonwoods along the Jemez River, and a peaceful courtyard. Loved to leave the door open to the sound of the fountain. Breakfasts were lovely even though portions were small. The masseuse did a wonderful job and the salt glow was amazing.

First class. Peaceful. Could not ask for a better experience! Dagna and her crew will see to your every need. Helpful with local information, referrals, and a full service spa on site. Sit out and watch the sun hitting the east face of the Virgin Mesa and let your cares slip away.
