We stayed there on our spring break from Texas in March of 2017. Tom was our guide. He did a great job showing us the ropes of the cave. Getting to the cave is scary because the path is not consistent at all. The front door area has very unstable wooden steps leading down. The cave itself is 70' below...

We love hiking to Anasazi cave ruins but this was a chance to become cave dwellers ourselves and with all the amenities you could want. The cave is very spacious with an entry way, kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. Oh, and with a free-standing rock cliff patio to watch the sun set. I thought it might be a difficult...

Amazing place to visit! I would suggest you go!! The scenery breathtaking. The drive to the cave can be a little tricky when you go out and come back on ur own. The little hike down is not to bad suggest backpacks nothing else ...waterfall shower and jazzuzzi tub amazing!! Saw some chipmunks only, no ring tailed cats :(

We loved our stay at the Kokos Caves. It was tremendously exciting making our way up the cliffs, clambering down the steps to the door of the cave. And a surprise to see how well equipped it was - and comfortable. The decor was a bit dated but it didn't take away from the fun of the place. We ate...

This was an unexpected evening in a beautifully appointed cave! My teen son said it was "awesome" by tween daughter said it was "magical". The views from the cave at sunset are magnificent. The feeling is peaceful and very welcoming. You are greeted in the morning by hummingbirds and critters. Be prepared to climb down a rocky staircase (so don't...

When my husband told me he'd booked a cave for the last two nights of our anniversary tour of the Southwest, I was . . . skeptical . . . possibly unsettled. I read some of the Trip Advisor reviews to see how other people felt about it and was encouraged. Getting there . . . well, I was AMAZED....

This place would be very nice, even if it weren't A FREAKIN' AWESOME CAVE IN A CLIFF! One of our best stays in 32 years of married traveling. Things to know: Mostly carpeted and very comfortable. Dry sandstone walls (not wet limestone like back east); therefore not the least bit dank 68-72 degrees, but well stocked with extra blankets and...

There is simply no other property like this. How often can anyone stay overnight in cave with absolute comfort? This place is it. The property is secluded, serene and absolutely gorgeous. Gayle is your guide to the cave and gives a tour guides aspect to the property. I simply hope that I can get another chance to stay there.

We have been bragging about this trip for a few months now since my lady Misty showed me the website, I booked us immediately for 2 days. We actually stayed in a cave, how cool does that sound!!! The manager Gayle was such a genuinely warm and friendly lady, you can tell by the way she describes the cave and...

My husband and I spent two nights in April at this unique B & B, and we have raved about it to our friends ever since. Although I was a little apprehensive about the climb down and then back up the side of the cliff, it was not as difficult or scary (I have a fear of heights) as I...
