This hotel is reminiscent of mountain getaways in North Georgia, even though it is in New Mexico. Nestled in the trees and a short distance from Alamogordo, there is an elegant restaurant, gift shop, pool and trails in a mountainous setting.

My friend and I stayed here for two nights. We were upgraded to a suite on the first floor since the electricity in our original room was out due to renovation work going on. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We met the new owner,...More

We stayed in a king room but it didn't have a view of much of anything except beautiful snow out the window. Really loved this place though. Lots of history and even a ghost. The room was adequate size too.
