We still enjoyed our visit immensely, but we had issues; such as, the handicap "elevator" not working throughout our entire stay until literally our last night there. My mother is on a rollator and is not able to handle steps. We went on a big...More
We couldn't have been more pleased with our stop in Cloudcroft village and lunch at the Lodge was spectacular. View is outstanding, excellent food and service. This was not on our original trip plan but was a great bonus!

Not at all. The A/C is great and there are electrical outlets in more than one place in the room. We stayed in a king room but it didn't have a view of much of anything except beautiful snow out the window. Really loved this place though. Lots of history and even a ghost. The room was adequate size too.
