This appears to be a former KOA. Sites and hookups are ok. Overall amenities are below KOA standard. TV and wireless are sub-standard. We did not use rest rooms or laundry so cannot comment on them. Ok for overnight stay.

The parking spots are unlevel, out in the sun. It was like, "Oh, let's put in some electrical and water lines out in the field and we will call it a campground". KOA should have some regulations. Such as if spaces are not improved to specific's, then they can only charge the customer a certain amount. KOA's which do not...

This "RV Park" is a barren city block with thorns, stickers and rocks. It does have all the hook ups and showers but don't plan on staying long. It is not an inviting place. The price is right, $28, I can't complain about that but you get what you pay for.

I wouldn't make this a destination campground. The mini golf is unusable, the sites are basically a parking lot. Still, I have stayed here 3 times. I payed $27 for a water/electric site. It is in a good place to sleep between Texas and Colorado. It is easy to access, the bathrooms are reasonably clean.

We don't know what all the hubbub is with the negative reviews. We had no problems. It's true, the miniature golf is in disrepair. But the campground was mowed as was the dog-walking area. There's no cable service but that's because the whole town got dropped by the company for being too small to bother with. But it's a nice...

We have stayed at this KOA several times as it is the only RV park we can find in the area. We never stay more than one night but we almost always stay on our way home from Colorado as well. This time we stayed in mid September and the end of September. Usually it is a very dry area...

The people are nice, but the grounds are terrible. We stayed there 8/30-9/1/13 and the grass looked like it hadn't been mowed all year. The goat head stickers were terrible! The miniature golf was not useable. The cable was out, but I don't think they could do anything about it because they said that the whole town was without cable....

They can't help it that they are in dry/desert country - but, they absolutely could do a better job. The place is run-down, not attractive, and, just because it's a KOA, does NOT deserve the price. Unfortunately, there is little else in the area, so, evidently, they just don't do the work.

This KOA needs some work. The kabin we stayed in is falling apart...front porch has lots of wood rot. Door wouldn't open/shut correctly because of warped floor. Dead plants in the planter pots by the front door. Mini golf was in bad shape. Staff was friendly and bathrooms clean, but very run down campground. Nice little grocery store down the...

This KOA is in a town in the middle of nowhere. I mean there was nothing coming from the west for 70 miles. That being said, when we finally saw Clayton it looked like an Oasis in the desert. Even better when we saw a KOA sign when we weren't expecting one. The price for full hook-ups was less than...
