Have just stayed at this place for two nights and it was absolutely disgusting. There is a girlie bar joined onto the hotel which is under the disguise of a "sports bar". When we went into the hotel lobby with the children, there were women parading around looking for business. The room we asked for was a family room, which...

Beth, sorry you found your experience at the Arizona not up to your perceived expectations. Your experience in reading reviews on TripAdvisor would have given you an overview of the hotel and the thing you seem so fond of criticizing, if only you read them thoroughly. Score Bar is marketed as a Sports Bar with hostesses. It’s typically an Asian...

Arizona is the first hotel when you enter Barretto on the beach side. I have to say that at first look it was strange to find out that ther was a car parkt in the reception drop aeria. But I was quickley informed that that was the Boss parking space. No wouries , we checkt in and the rooms are...

The hotel and bar staff are friendly and helpful. Computer near front desk available for guest use was almost always unoccupied. The room was clean and they also provided shampoo and two bottles of water daily without charge. I stayed in the standard room. No beach chairs or umbrellas unfortunately but I had a beach towel with me. I had...

Recently I stayed at this resort. From the moment that the owner sent out a transit van to pick us up, to when we checked out, it was a succession of hospitality at its greatest. The rooms are very good and clean and the housekeeping staff do a great job looking after the place. The South Seas Bar/grille is a...

From the time we checked in until we departed everyone, from the front desk, to the housekeepers, cooks, waitresses and the Van driver treated us like family and performed their jobs in not only a professional but also enthusiastic manner. The food is great and the portions huge. I want to thank Gerchean and the reception desk girls for taking...

Stayed at the Arizona Resort first two weeks of May. Everything asked was delivered quickly, easily, without any problems at all. The management and staff are total professionals. Small plumbing problem,bang..instant fix. After what I would call a cyclonic rain storm there was some slight flooding but again the manager had all hands on deck working to make everything right...

This is an Aussie Resort and a bit different than American resorts I've stayed in. DO NOT SWIM IN THE WATERS DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE RESORT. The bacteria count is near toxic. I would recommend a regular room, not a deluxe, quite frankly, they are not worth the difference. The food was above average and the entire staff from...

I have stayed here many times and can't figure out how they can have such GREAT food for a small operation. The reason that I first stayed there was because I LOVE the Coffee Shop across the street because the food is good and cheap (local place). The Arizona food was so good that I didn't go to the Coffee...
