I stayed two separate nights in Swellendam at Impangele during my travels from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth area. Dave and Amanda are extremely hospitable and offer very comfortable accommodations. I stayed one night at Impangele driving east, and it was a no brainer to stay with them again on my way back. During my time here, I was directed...

Having spent 5 very busy days in Cape Town, my brother and I stopped for one night in Swellendam to break up our journey heading east. When we arrived at the B&B we were greeted warmly by the owners - Amanda and Dave - who we later learned had moved from the UK not far from us. We were shown...

We were welcomed with open arms by Dave and Amanda who really couldn't do enough to make our visit to Impangele perfect. We stayed in (and loved) the Zebra room. So much trouble had been taken with with every tiny detail and lovely touches in the room it made it a very special few days. Each morning we lingered over...

My wife and I stopped in Swellendam on our way out to the garden route and really enjoyed our stay at Impangele. The hosts were very accommodating and even left a bottle of champagne as we were on an extended honeymoon. Everything you need is there and the location is convenient to all locations around town and especially the Marloth...

It is totally clear that the owners Amanda and Dave are running this guesthouse with their hearts and not just to make money. They cannot do enough for you. They are open, friendly, and Amanda has even published a collection of stories she wrote to her daughter when they had just moved to Swellendam. It was so much fun to...
