We went there with the whole family and stayed there for 3 days. Not only was the hotel and rooms beautiful, but the service was beyond what we expected! One of the guys there, Karloff, took extremely good care of us! He and the service in this hotel really deserves five stars!

Top class staff and service from arrival to departure in a beautiful hotel in a tranquil spot 2 minutes walk from the centre of Franschhoek. The pool and gardens a delight and breakfast perfect. Wished we had stayed longer than our two nights - and we will - next time.
Beautiful hotel that is walking distance to the main street. The staff were exceptionally helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We travelled with our 5 month baby and they set up a travel cot for us. There are two outdoor pools and a well stocked bar. Breakfast was delicious.…
