When you pay a lot for a camp site, it is justified to expect something in return. Let me start by saying that the bathrooms are adequite and clean, the camp site is kept clean and the restaurant and shop are adequate. We really enjoyed our stay. But, there is no control of storm water and all the water from...

Very nice campsite. Typically Sanparks standards. We camped early October but was quite chilly at night. Remember to be on the lookout for scorpions at night. Roads can be bad, so a SUV or Pick up is more suited to the gravel roads. All facilities are well maintained and regularly cleaned etc...

This was our first visit to KTP and was no doubt making us visit again. The rooms in the restcamp were clean and well equipped. The staff was also very welcoming and helped us with the directions, safaris and other relevant details required for first timers. The rooms are maintained and cleaned everyday. The chalets have 24*7 electricity, which made...

Chalet was good and comfortable with full cooking facilities and comfortable bed. Air conditioning was good and the Insect proofing was excellent. Well stocked shop and interesting surrounds, had good views of cheetahs for instances.

Excellent accommodation with all amenities. Staff friendly and welcoming. Our original booking for a family cottage could not be provided due to a plumbing problem. We were notified about this before our arrival and were given two adjacent smaller chalets which suited us perfectly. Management checked to see if we were happy and satisfied and apologised for the change which...

Travelled to rest camp on tarmac roads from Upington, this is where dirt roads take over, so 4x4 is best. Book in at building which doubles as frontier crossing into Botswana. When you go into the park you log out with details of where going and if due back -1930 gates into/out of park close--penalty fine if late out. We...

Stayed here with my family of 2 kids. Great camp site with very convenient ablutions, services and a rich shop in the bush! Service personnel were very friendly. Campsites can indeed get a bit crowded but generally there was considerations for other campers.

For a main rest camp it's very basic. The Camp: Has a fuel station, shop, restaurant, pool, camp sites and self catering accommodation. The Self Catering Chalets: We stayed at number 5. Had 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4 people. Basic kitchenette with microwave, hot plate, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer. One room has an aircon...guess where we slept? We also stayed...
