Mold in bathroom. Tub dirty - wore flip flops in shower. Kitchen cabinet doors dirty and sticky. Stains on couch. Found bugs on bathroom floor and one crawling up the wall. Ewww! Front room, where we slept, never got cool because of Big gap in...More
We really like it here. Yes, there's sand but this is the beach. You can't possibly keep all the sand out. We enjoyed the fridge with a freezer in it so we could eat in. 2 grills on a patio for everyone to use anytime...More
After Sandy we couldn't get our regular hotel, so signed up for this motel because it offered 1 bedroom suites. However, don't expect any privacy, because the door to the bedroom is louvered and the louvers face the wrong way, so that anyone in the...More

The pool closes by 9 or so. Hanging out on balcony/deck is never a problem, but not many chairs or tables. Not really enough tables for everyone to sit and eat. Pool area is small, there's not a lot of room to move around or walk;especially if kids want to move around or sit and play. My kids never posed a problem with management or getting yelled at. I would keep looking. Diagonally across the street is a place called the compass. They have a little mini golf, shuffle board, ping pong tables and game room. Clean and friendly. First floor rooms would be very accommodating for large groups and I think the rooms have been remodeled with updated kitchens. More kid friendly amenities! Enjoy your trip!!!!!

"All rooms have an ocean view, the 2nd floor is best for families, and the ocean front rooms are more private."
