We left it was so bad and the manager was very rude. Don't go by the pictures because it isn't anything like them. Make sure you read the reviews because once you book the place you don't get your money back.

Hi, I purposely stayed on the 3rd floor toward the back for those reasons. My airconditionER was cold, my room was clean, no bugs anywhere in sight. I did laundry there with no problem. The fridge was cold. There were no utensils and pits and pans if you plan to cook. Bottom line, everyone was nice, I was safe and comfortable, staff was really nice and it's just an old place. Not many rules but to enjoy and relax. there is an elevator. I would never ever stay anywhere but the top floor. The other places are about 80 to 100 more per night and the boardwalk rides are really expensive. this place let's friends come visit, doesn't do a head count for your room. all the other places do. It's far from glamorous but people that go have been going 20 years in a row. There are places on the pier website you can look at too. Waiting Kiki and Nassau. not allowed to have friends over or make noise. can only go down water slide traditionally. for 3 or 4 nights and eating out. it's just fine. to get better anywhere it's 70 more or better per night.

Please do yourself a favor and don't stay at this place...thank god my mom had booked another hotel down the street and we ended up staying there. We only went back to our hotel to sleep. We couldn't even get on the pool at this place because it was full of young crowds drinking and smoking and there was even a fight cops had to come the guy was bleeding and they were all over the place...they wouldn't refund my money so I grabbed my kids and left to my moms hotel. It was a waste of money. I know it was my fault for not checking before but I learned my lesson.
