I hired out all the buildings for a large hen party group and it was just perfect for all our needs, as well as a good price comparative to other large group properties. The standard of each of the cottages is top notch, really tastefully done all with very comfy beds. We did our own catering and there was plenty...

Visited last weekend with a large group of friends - we rented two adjoining cottages, plenty of accommodation for us all. Loved the cosy lounge and wood burner. Well equipped kitchen, everything you need! Lovely comfy beds too! Brilliant hot tub, we spent lots of time in there enjoying the fantastic view. Also brilliant walking routes straight from the cottage...

Really enjoyed our midweek stay in Wain House. Easy to book. Well equipped accommodation and relaxing stay. Would recommend as a place to 'get away from it all'. Nice hot tub and very clean. Just need to drive everywhere to visit anything.

We decided we wanted a 2 night stay in the country in an idyllic setting. We certainly got that. Ruth was fabulous from start to finish. The cottages are stunning. We stayed in the Wain House, & It was just perfect. As it's extremely remote, take milk, bread & some essentials with you & there's really no need to venture...

Our family hired out the cottages to accommodate the 19 of us. It worked so well having a communal space which we could all enjoy, but equally our own space to retreat to for quieter moments. The accommodation is beautifully furnished, very well appointed, comfortable and very clean. We loved the outdoor spaces to for pottering about and the walk directly...

Booked the Holt Farm cottage for a grown-up hen weekend in June. It was a really spacious, warm and inviting cottage and the owner had even added a double bed since my booking so everyone had their own space. The host was welcoming and even arranged to put our online shop away as we were held up getting there. The...

Wonderful setting for a chilled weekend with friends. We booked all properties. Loads of space if you wanted quiet time and big communal areas for dinner and getting together. Loved it. Very well equipped and everything you could possibly need was there. Hot tubs added bonus. We hired bikes and had a fabulous day cycling following recommended route, not for...

If you like a remote rural location this is perfect.... The building Wain house is lovely and nicely decorated. The lounge area could do with a coffee table so you have somewhere to place your drinks etc whilst sat chatting. The beds are comfortable and rooms have excellent curtains as the bedroom was blacked out nicely so had excellent nights...

Visited recently for a hen party. The place is lovely and is fully equipped with everything you need. Hot tub was great, very hot and clean. We had a great weekend. Only issue was we were pre warned about not leaving water marks on tables. When you have 20 girls eating at a table it is very difficult not to...
