Absolutely filthy, disgusting pigsty. Manager is Middle Eastern and barely speaks English, so communication is nil. Room absolutely reeks of cigarettes, but there's not an ashtray in sight. I guess the previous tenants put them out on the nearest piece of furniture (see photos). Towel rack was broken so they just threw it on the floor. There was a mysterious brown stain in the bathtub too. One of the light fixtures looked like it could fall as well. There are NO REFUNDS so think very carefully before booking. Also there's an adult bookstore next door and seedy characters abound in both parking lots. Next time I'll sleep in my car. It has better accommodations. As I'm about to check as I write this review from my room there's three police cars and at least three police officers in the parking lot.

It was during the holiday weekend. All hotel rooms in NJ and PA were sold out, and I found this motel and reserved a room through booking.com. When I book, I chose the option of check-in after two hours from the time I book, then I arrived at the time I let them know. But when I got there, the owner told me rudely that they do not have a room so I have to leave. I told him I reserved one two hours before. But he act like he does not care. He just kept saying "it is all sold out". and he said he already gave one to another party an hour before. That was also an hour after I reserved a room online. I said he should've let me know about it, If he was going to cancel my booking. It took me about 30 minutes to get there from where I was. However, he did not even say sorry to me and he just kept saying "We don't have a room!". And he was like "I do not have your information. How can I contact you?". Then there did my information go I provided all online? What is a point of providing my information when I reserve through online then? I knew he was lying. I just left because he was not sorry to me at all, he did not explain me well about the situation, he just repeated "I do not have a room to give you." So, I had to take two more hours to find another accommodation for that night. Because it was a late night, I could not book any hotels through online. I had to visit all hotels around there. And I spent much more money than my budget for gas and hotel. The owner is very rude and he is willing to cancel your booking without any notice if someone comes in first. There is no point to reserve a room, if he take first-come-first-serve. I was a terrible experience. But I would not leave this review if he said sorry to me at least.

Stinking of cigarettes, smeared mirror, gray filthy towels. Sheets hadn't been changed stained and thin as paper. Fire alarm beeping loudly. Refused to stay and they refused to refund. Showed us another identical room. Even fire alarm beeping. Man said just pull battery out. How was i to reach roof!!!! After much arguing was refunded. Got the heck out. Should be shut down. Health and safety nightmare.

asked for a clean room and the man said okay. Went to room and it was filthy. A/C didn't work, diarrhea over commode, room unswept, hair all over including sheets, alcohol in fridge, Jacuzzi tub didn't work.. No water. Asked for money back and he said no. Asked for another room and he said $20.00 more. Are you kidding. Man did clean commode and change sheet but did nothing else. Don't spend your time here as you will be sorry Also it was a non smoking room and it just reeked of smoke .The comforter had at least 6 holes in it from people smoking

The people at the desk were rude and not sure if they spoke English and gave me a dirty look. But, there was no line so check in and check out were quick. I paid $65.00 for one night. The room was okay. Nice TV. Comfy bed. Fridge provided. But, there was no hot water. Soap provided smelled horrible. Very thin walls.
