I would not recommend this place if you have young children. hotel manager was very rude to us on my wife's bday when our kid woke up from nap and wanted her milk. It was the tone in which he came over and asked us to leave that really ruined the evening.

Thank you for choosing The Peacock Inn to celebrate your wife's birthday! I am sorry that we were not able to exceed your expectations during your time at The Peacock Inn. The Peacock Inn is a child friendly restaurant, we offer a children’s menu, high chairs, and there are also times when we have given highlighters and paper to children...

You couldn't find a more perfect bed and breakfast. We stayed here for a romantic getaway weekend, and we've had many a business breakfast meeting in their large dining room. It's one of my favorite places to go in Princeton. Very special memories!

Stayed for two nights recently at the Peacock, a beautifully renovated inn which should make its owners/renovators justifiably proud. We were first-time visitors to the Inn, but not to Princeton (where we have always stayed on previous visits at the Nassau Inn). On the plus side, this historic 200+-year-old building in which the Peacock is housed couldn't be more immaculately...

So relaxing, beautiful grounds and surrounding scenery, recommend to take long walks uphill. Was there for a family wedding... and the hotel was just perfect for our needs. The rooms are extremely comfortable, bathrooms luxurious & spacious. Perfect for weekend getaways, great location. Breakfast was always a highlight ... would definitely stay there again. Note: I had visited this in...

Stayed one night at the Peacock Inn. Had a great experience. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Place seemed a little small from the outside, but once you went inside it felt a lot bigger. Bar area looked very classy, I didn't get a chance to check it out but I would like to go back. The free continental breakfast...

We stayed here with our son on a trip to see Princeton, we booked the hotel last minute by email on a very busy weekend ... the Princeton Harvard game. Olivia could not have been more helpful, room 304 was gorgeous and it was ready when we arrived at midday. She even organised complimentary tickets to the game, a massage,...

My husband and I booked two rooms here last weekend to celebrate our marriage and to thank my parents for their help before they flew home. We were upgraded from a king to a suite. The rooms were beautiful, the amenities stunning, even down to the Molton Brown toiletries, nothing was overlooked here. Every member of staff was courteous, polite,...

I love this place! This is the 4th time I've stayed here and I love it. As a choice member, I hope they upgrade us next time to a deluxe king as the queen was a tad tight, but I love the location, the restaurant, the awesome bar/bartender and the rooms are cute. Shower was awesome too. Another great stay...

This inn blends modern comforts with old-fashioned charm. If stairs give you trouble, steer clear, because there are no elevators. You'll tote your bags up narrow staircases in this old inn, but a cozy room will reward you at the end. The room size was fine for me, but had I been traveling with my spouse, I'd have found it...

“I think that unless you opt for a suite, which I did not see, al the rooms are too small. If you do stay there, ask for a room that is not on the side facing the road. It's a main road going into Princeton, with a lot of traffic.”
