Stupid me, I have stayed at this hotel 3 times on Saturday night. This place is party city until 3 am or later and the hotel staff is oblivious. Also, this is the only Marriott I have stayed at in either North America or Europe that closes the Concierge Lounge on weekends. What's up with that? Platinum level and they... More

Because this hotel is located in a corporate area of NJ, by default they must get plenty of business guests as it seems they do not need to try harder and so they don't. It has never gotten any better over the years I have had to stay here. The staff do not know how to treat elite members as... More

This was our party headquarters for our 35th college reunion. Tucked away in a wooded residential area, we appreciated the quiet retreat. Loved the Irish Pub and restaurant on premises. We'll stay here again on future visits. Highly recommended.

The Park Ridge Marriott is a very nice hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are fairly small but clean. The bed/pillows are very comfortable. The work out room has many good machines and is very clean. The only disappointment was the swimming pool and ladies locker room. The pool was dirty with some type of film floating... More

This hotel is definitely worth the stay! The hotel is very clean and all of the staff are very nice and friendly. There is a nice big pool inside which leads to the outdoor part of the pool. The hot tub was very nice after our long day sightseeing in New York City! There was a nice workout room also.... More

Nice hotel, good location, very friendly & helpful staff, but the pool was disgusting! We booked two rooms for an extended weekend. The in-house spa could not accommodate 5 of us unless we went individually or in pairs, even when trying to book a week in advance. The swimming pool(s) was/were utterly disgusting.....the tiles at water level, inside & outside,... More

Excellent hotel in the center of office park, but it feels as if you are on vacation. Area is wooded and quiet, lots of local wildlife. Rooms are typical Marriott, staff is fantastic, love the pools and hot tub. Great for visiting guests.

Clean rooms, nice concierge floor, air conditioner in the rooms is a bit loud. Overall I like this location. Don't expect any upgrades....ever....even when the hotel is empty. They don't really seem to care if you're a platinum member.

Nice hotel, quiet location not far from NY. The car park is for free, the swimming pool is indoor with little outdoor space. The ice machines at each level are very noisy and annoying. The breakfast buffet isn't big but ok. The rooms are big but the carpet needs to be replaced and the rooms better isolated. The service staff... More

First of all, we live in rural New Hampshire and love it. Whenever we go to "The City" (NYC) we stay here so we don't have to deal with the crowds, parking, noise, etc in NYC. The Park Ridge Marriott is located in an upscale commercial park where the companies are situated on big chunks of wooded land and well... More
