I enjoyed my stay here. I stayed in room 27, with a queen bed and pull out couch. The room is small, but the private bath was surprisingly roomy. I thought the rate was very reasonable. The window air conditioning unit kept the room cool,...More
The key requirements for any hotel are, in my opinion, a comfortable bed and welcoming hosts and Quaker Inn had both. It is extremely well situated in the town, a short walk to the sea and the attractions and to some lovely restaurants. There's good...More
Room was $151.00 ,no breakfast, just a full size bed, no room to walk beside bed, small, felt like I was in a closet, shower head fell off, mates was awful, had to sleep at foot of bed. 1 good thing we had private bath....More
We've stayed here a couple times in the past and it was always quaint and extremely well kept. I wish I could say the same thing this time. Still quaint, but not clean and not as well kept. There was no screen in our bathroom...More
We love the Quaker Inn, it is right in the center of town, within walking distance of everything, restaurants, the Grand Auditorium, Beach, and Day's ice cream. It is such a cozy warm atmosphere. I love sitting in the rockers on the front porch. The...More

My friends stayed in room 27 with their 4 year old. It has a full bed and a small pullout couch. None of the rooms have an ocean view. The room is very close to the top of the stairs. The Quaker Inn is 2 blocks from the beach. The room faces Nagles across Central Ave. If you don't use the A/C you might hear the entertainment outside Nagles.
There are couches on the ground floor with ceiling fans. I didn't even notice whether or not there was A/C in the common areas.
Though the hotel provides soap and shampoo I advise you bring your own.(There are no hairdryer's etc.) There are electrical outlets but not an abundance of them. I think there will likely be enough for your needs but this and the questions about photos of the room and A/C in the common areas.
The parking is not metered. The hotel is just 2 blocks from the beach so parking can be a challenge on beautiful summer weekends. You can walk to anything you'll need. I suggest you park your car and then leave it till you're ready to leave.
