The location of Penn Station connected to the Hotel was the main reason for choosing this Hilton. The hotel is lovely, clean & the staff were more than helpful. We were in town for College visits along with travel into NYC. You can be at the WTC Transportation Hub in 25 min. We will stay again.

Needed a room for the Seton Hall basketball game. Arena is only a few blocks away. Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. The woman who checked us in was very personable and made sure that if we needed anything she would be able to assist.

Great hotel! Friendly staff, food is excellent and the location is perfect. The food was surprisingly great, knowing sometimes hotel food gets a bad wrap. If you need variety there are several restaurants located right in the corridor, sushi, subway, bagels, pizza. I had meetings in the area and in NYC so grabbing the train was very convenient.

It is always nice to arrive to a prepared room and an easy check in after traveling to get to what was another business event. The Hilton was spot on in all aspects. When I checked out I headed directly to another business meeting in another state and they are being kind enough to hold my display materials (work) until...

Stayed here for a total of 6 days last October 2016. Location is perfect because we travelled back and forth into the city. Train station is right within the hotel complex, so even if we got back late from the city, it was fine. Train to the city took about half an hour, stopping right at MSG. Another train also...

Stayed in town due to impending weather. All the Hilton App services worked great, booking, room selection, check in and out. Used the front desk to check in and out. Smooth and easy. Bar was open late, but didn't use.

All of the staff that I encountered (front desk, housekeeping, lounge, and restaurant) were extremely pleasant and willing to oblige. I just wish the the Lounge was open week-ends. Small bites were Delicious.

Overall a nice place to stay if you want to stay at a decent hotel and visit NY. We had a 8 people in our party and always stay at this hotel when we are visting NY. It's decently priced and the best part is it's 2 min walk to the metro station. The train ride is around 30 mins...

It's good that you could walk through the hotel and outside and justa few across the street to the Prudential Center but the area doesn't appear so safe so you must have caution when coming out late from the concerts

Pretty standard Hilton. rooms are anOK size, decoration a little tired. Exec lounge is small but serves a decent selection of canapes etc. Breakfast limited. Looks like there are lots of regulars and the lounge staff are very chatty. Attached to Newark Penn station so safe to access, and easy to get into NYC
