Excellent and friendly service. The rooms were roomy and clean. Room service was prompt and friends. The quality of the meal was very good. The hotel location was very convenient to my business location and Penn Station

Excellent stay once again, good value and location for New York. Staff excellent. Always stay here when working in New York, PATH to World Trade only takes 20 mins. Far better value than staying in Manhattan.

It was as usuall a good experience. As mentioned I would like to see mini fridges in rooms, and a larger workout room. At least a better air flow system in the present workout room. A Better wifiI connection would be helpful as well, especially since the TV reception is bad

Found this hotel to be a good place for easy access to New York without paying NY prices. Found the staff to be excellent. All were willing to help with any enquires. On booking in the staff asked if we knew NY or not, as we did not they volunteered brochures and info on how to get there with train... More

This property should not be under Hilton because it gives the name a bad rep. The whole vibe was "dirty." The walkway from the train station was just a precursor to what we would encounter. It was dirty, with trash all over the floor. Bad first impression. Then our room was totally disgusting. Toilet had stains of different colors! Bed... More

Asked for adjoining rooms for our family of 4 and the front desk manager just upgraded our rooms without even asking! Also allowed us to check in to one of the rooms early. Very good service. Standard room was a bit tight but as expected, quiet and comfortable. TV and Wifi were fine but no fridge or microwave though. Beds... More

We stayed here during an overnight trip to see a hockey game at the Garden in NYC. Everything was perfect. We were allowed to check in very early (before noon!), and the king-sized room was spacious and spotless.( The bathroom has two large sink areas.) The wifi was fantastic. The staff, especially the front desk personnel, were all exceedingly friendly... More

Had a great stay the staff was excellent. The front desk staff was the best, so was the concierge staff. I wish that the concierge lounge was open on the weekends. But overall we had a good time. Thank you

Took a biz trip; pd 375 for 2 nights. Room not wiped down, finger prints on mirror, dust on counters, hairs on smelly bed linen. Had to wait an hour for linen change. Went over the room myself. Rude n unprofessional service man.

I was in Newark for business and the location was great -- right near the train and convenient to the meeting. The price was also good enough that I went for the concierge floor. The room was nice and spacious, except for the bathroom, which was a bit cramped. I also noted that the sink cabinet was rather high, making... More
