Very disappointed. Manager Diane and general manager Scott were very disrespectful. I will never recommend this place to anyone. No regards for my children. I would never took someone money and never let even let them stay. My husband and children went to the hotel. And was told that they couldn’t have the room. They left went to another hotel and we were charged as a no show at full price.

The hotel is clean and up to date. It amazes me how antiquated the tv offerings are at hilton hotels... it would be nice to be able to have a normal tv guide menu. I can't comment on any of the usual, as the gym, pool and other amenities are closed due to covid. The thing that kept the hotel from getting 5 stars are the staff. Was here for three days, and all of the varying staff were just hanging on their phones or not paying attention. If they greeted you, it didn't involve looking up at you. Multiple times I called down to front desk and no one answered. As a Diamond member, I was not given an upgraded room despite the hotel being empty and asking for one, and my late check out request while approved, was not relayed to staff resulting in housekeeping knocking on my door constantly thinking room was empty (not their fault). The front desk staff here simply doesn't care, and management doesn't seem to want to deal with cleaning the gym... many garden inns will open the fitness center on a limited basis. This one decided to just close it.
