Greetings Sightsee05714083668, I’m sorry that your stay was less than satisfactory. We have already taken the necessary steps to correct the HVAC system and anticipate a brand new system arriving In the 1st quarter of 2019. The condition of your bathroom was brought to our Housekeeping Champion attention during your stay and the freshness of the fruits was brought to the suppliers attention in which we were assured that the fruit is not stale or being delivered past its serve date. We actually order fresh fruit twice a week for freshness. We also discussed the presentation with our Breakfast team about how it is displayed for our guest with the proper garnish. We’re truly sorry that your stay was unsatisfactory. We certainly hope that you will give Hampton another try so that if not the Hampton Inn Linden, but one of our sister properties can win your loyalty back. I saw that hotel is under renovations. What renovations are being done?
Good Afternoon AviMom, We did some re[fresh]ing to our guest rooms by removing wallpaper with some fresh paint, lay down new carpet on the first floor, elevator landings and paint the exterior. Hi we will be arriving on Christmas Day will the shuttle be working ? If so what’s the best way to arrange collection if not what is the best way to get from Newark airport to the hotel thx
I would say yes because the hotel is in the service industry. It’s probably a very busy time of year. Best bet would be to call the hotel.l if you have doubts.

We are arriving from Australia on Flight VA 268 into Liberty Newark at 4.55 pm on 17 May. We are booked into your hotel overnight. Can you please tell us how we get the complimentary shuttle to the hotel? Bit hard for us to contact the front desk from Perth as you don't have email and we don't have a fax. Thanks.
PPS. While staying at the hotel the shuttle will take you to the local station where you can get a train to NYC. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Fare is about $16 return I think it is $5 if you are over 62. In addition we have driven to the Jersey Shore and other destinations in NJ. The Hampton Inn is reasonably priced, has great staff and is well placed for travel. Linden is a quiet town with a large Polish community and has a small tow feel.

We are looking to cruise out of cape liberty on March. Do you provide cruise shuttle?
Hi brilis_2016: The Hampton Inn shuttle will take you to EWR- Newark International Airport, the Linden train station, and around to local spots in the Linden area. You would have to drive/park or catch an Uber/taxi/car service to get to Cape Liberty in Bayonne. Good luck, be safe, and enjoy your time in our area. Happy holidays! Calvin
