My fiance and I just got back from eloping to Chimney Hill the end of August and it was the most perfect experience we could've imagined. The owner/inn keeper, Rich Anderson was absolutley phenomenal in helping us plan, being flexible in accomodating us, and going above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable stay. Food was delishous and the...

We were surprised how we could be charged $350 a night and then get a dark room with no atmosphere, no view, and decor that looked 20 yrs old. The room was stuffy and in an annex house with unused rooms in it that we needed to cross to even get to it ( as it was in the back...

We were surprised at this guest comments. The person writing this review seems to be attempting to be very insulting and elicit maximum damage. Upon arrival guests are provided with the owners personal contact information. They are told if they are unhappy about anything to call him. If the guests feel the room is too dark reading lights will be...

Lovely place, great getaway. The owner Rich, goes above and beyond, he upgraded our room, as there was another available and not being used. Coffee & drinks always available, and light sweets. Loved the Alpaca farm, loved being able to feed them. Munch bags are made for them each day. The grounds and home were beautiful. Nice quiet getaway.

My new husband and I spent a night here last week for our "minimoon" before we could take our big honeymoon. We loved it! We pulled up and the outside looked so cute and rustic. When we got inside, we found out that we were the only people booked there for the night, so the owner gave us our pick...

While the grounds and public areas of the Inn are quite nice with some comfortable sitting areas (wine and snacks are set out in the afternoon) and the staff was friendly, our room (#4) was a bit drab with brown walls and ceilings. The room was made even darker by the fact that the electrical sockets on either side of...

Good: A/C, clean, old world charm, quiet, alpaca's are cute, parking, close to town(s), Garden Room is spacious (#5) Not so good: no hanging closets, bedding/pillows/comforter, room lighting, could not find "help" after 5pm on Sunday (even phone was not answered), pool shown in web site is not on the grounds (they have an arrangement with a local hotel -...

We stayed here for our first time for our one year anniversary. The owner was quite gracious and gave us a bottle of wine and a dinner voucher to Anton's on the Swan. Our room was bi-level with a winding stair case leading to the bed (Barn 4). The two person jacuzzi tub and bathroom shower easily fit two people...

My husband and I booked this B&B for a relaxing Memorial Day weekend. We stayed in one of the barn suites. It was quite large and had all of the amenities we were looking for. There are additional niceties such as cheese and wine for happy hour, cookies and brownies when you return in the evening. The breakfast was delicious....

My boyfriend and I visited Chimney Hill for the annual Alpaca Shearing. I'd stayed once before but it was his first time meeting the alpacas and they instantly became friends!
