Rate is little high compared to other hotels in area came in for a funeral so there was not many options after I book I searched found better rates you would think as a reward member rates would be better

They couldn't even supply cereal and milk. If you stay in the front section of the hotel, be prepared to listen to the Starbucks drive thru order taking all the time. Premises was old, but clean. Be prepared to get your butt down to the service front desk and make up your own pullout couch.

I always stay here when I travel up to Jersey . The past trip it seems like a welfare motel . There is a smell of weed on out floor and "guests" in the parking lot asking for cigarettes or change . getting kind of sketchy

I loved the customer service provided at this hotel. Our room was upgraded to a king room and they were able to provide us with necessities that we wound up forgetting. We even got a call to our room asking if we owned a specific car because that car had its lights on. It’s the little things that the people at the front desk do that set this hotel apart from many others!

I had lost my credit card whihc was not used to make the reservation. The receptionist worked around itand got me redgistered. This could have been a MAJOR problem. She was very accomodating. She worked out a two-part registration that allowed me to registere without my card

The staff at this Best Western were incredibly kind and gracious. But the hotel decor was totally outdated and the initial room I was put into smelled a bit stale and the rug seemed damp. I realized later that the window had a really bad leak. I had come back from a funeral to find the window actively leaking and there was a puddle on the window sill and the AC unit. I asked for and was moved to another room that smelled much better and was sans leak. The hallway also smelled strongly of pot smoke for the entire stay. The pictures of this hotel looked much better than it was in person, but the staff was exceptional.
