Not a good value of a stay for the cost. Lots of little issues we shouldn't have had at a Hilton. In our suite, the pull out bed didn't come with sheets. There was an empty candy wrapper from a previous guest still in it. There were no extra blankets and pillows for the pull out. The water from the tap had a funny taste, wouldn't recommend drinking it. The hot water in the sink had no pressure. Out of four elevators, only one worked. There weren't enough baggage carts to move our stuff. The fridge in the suite was tiny with no freezer compartment. Would not recommend and would not visit again.
Great service and a very clean atmosphere. Updated very nicely and staff was very friendly. Rooms were very well kept by the staff and would do anything to help you if needed. Restaurant and bar was easy to get to and bar staff made you feel like you were home.
Elevator broken room on 7th floor, no hot water, relocated us but still charged us for the weekend at full rate not group rate, collectively tied up about $1300 in pending charges that screwed up our holiday weekend. As a Silver member we were very disappointed. Too many other problems to list.
STAY AWAY ! I am a Hilton Diamond member and I tell you, stay away from this place. On top of on overpriced breakfast (6 dollars for a OJ from a bottle!), everything is falling appart. No hot water, sketchy elevators, furniture doors that stays in your end, dirty sheets… they have had hot water issues (by that I mean entire floors with no hot water for days and they keep accepting new reservations and wait until you face an issue to tell you they can’t do anything about it! And that you are welcome to leave to go to the competition!! I used to come here before they « renovated » the place (superficially might I add) and it was well run. Now it is a mess.
There was no hot water and they did not tell us. When we entered the hotel and entered the room, the room was very old and neglected, the door could not even open, we checked, there is no hot water.terrible hotel no recommended
We stayed here for a group high school band trip. The facility was clean and updated. We had tour buses taking us into NYC each day and there was plenty of room for them in parking lot. We had a breakfast buffet in a private room each day that was decent. The bathroom was up to par with great water pressure in the shower. There is a convenient snack shop at the front desk and a nearby gas station walkable next door for anything else you may need.
This hotel is right next to Teterboro Airport so it’s in a very busy location which could be annoying to some people. The rooms are decent but not necessarily modern. The lobby is spacious with a large snack bar and a full service restaurant/bar as well. The staff always were friendly to me so really no complaints there. Fair warning: if the sound of jets landing and taking off bothers you, this is not the hotel for you. One side of the hotel faces the Teterboro runways but you can clearly hear the jets from either side of the hotel. That being said I’ve stayed here several times and would stay again. Good value for the price.
This hotel is in a good location and reasonably priced. The front desk staff is professional and treats guests the same regardless of VIP status. The beds were very comfortable. I was glad there was a restaurant on site, though I did not go there. I will stay here every time I visit family and friends in the area.
The Hilton has become my home away from home when visiting the City. The Staff and the renovated property are outstanding. Can’t go wrong staying at the Hilton!! From the moment I walked into the doors of the Hilton Hotel I felt so welcomed. The service from the, front desk and in house keeping was top notch
I stayed in room 205 and the toilet was not flushing properly otherwise my stay was great. I had an event in the area the next morning so I was there for only one night. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were great and the shower was good. Other than the toilet not working properly I must say the person who checked me in (8pm on 2/18) was very unwelcoming. She did not say if breakfast was included, or what time check out was. I just assumed it was 12pm, but I should have been told whether or not breakfast was included in the price. Also, I wasn’t asked if I was keeping a car overnight or not. I thought that would be important but I guess it did not matter.
