I have stayed in numerous Hiltons over the past 40+ years and this one was no disappointment! I will stay here again when I return to the area! The room was well appointed, as expected, and the staff was friendly, and competent!

This hotel is in need of serious refurbishment. Carpets are crunchy, faucets are not closing properly, heating is extremely noisy, insulation inexistant and that’s only the start of it. Staff are professional though but it’s not enough to save this place

The hotel elevator system was down for my entire stay first all 4 then 2 was working and 2 wasnt we had to use the service elevator when they wasnt working. I was traveling with kids and wife. So it was a inconvenience ty o walk up steps . Also no one on property seemed to care w

It is hard to believe that Hilton allows this hotel to operate under it's brand. Both the facility and the people are broken here, for example:

- The Hilton sign near the entrance is not turned on at night
- The two rooms that we originally were given were both broken. Room 1 ha

The power went out, the heat went out, the front lobby doors were broken 3 of the 4 days of my stay. My rooms coffee maker was broken and never replaced. Restaurant staff was disinterested in serving me and rude.

No, it’s overpriced garbage food. And I wouldn’t eat here anyway because of all the semen in the hotel.

Hi Thebristolboy! We do not provide complimentary breakfast to all of our guests. However, there are some rates that guests can book which do include complimentary breakfast, such as our Bed & Breakfast Package. Our Gold & Diamond HHonors members receive breakfast as well.

Hi, i am planning to book in this hotel and wonder about the transportations to Manhattan. How can I go there from the hotel? What kind of transportation can i use and how much it cost Appreciate your support
Hi Mohammedfarouky, We have a complimentary hotel shuttle that provides transportation within 3 miles of the hotel, and the shuttle can bring you to the local bus stop where you can catch a bus into Manhattan. Our shuttle runs from 6am-11pm in 30 minute increments. We also have bus schedules at the Front Desk, so please feel free to ask for information at any time during your stay!
